Yesterday was a very hard day for my Mom and her friend-Spy's Mom. Spy is my litter mate, I have talked about him here in the past and posted pictures. Yesterday he passed to the bridge. We all got to see him on Monday as we went for one last quiet walk and Spy's Mom asked my Mom to take some photos. Yesterday my Mom was with her friend and Spy when the vet came to the house to help him pass over. She was upset when she came home even though we know it was the best thing for him.
He has had a good life but his medical problems have just got to be too much for him. Saying goodbye is just never an easy thing to have to do. And even though Spy did not live with all of us he spent lots of time here, visited often, and did lots of things with us. My Mom has known him since we were 2 weeks old, and I have known him for my whole life. We will miss you Spy.
